2. Quest for the Best shall have sole discretion with respect to (a) whether to make the requested grant; (b) the scope of the services to be provided.
3. My Organization does not support or engage in any terrorist activity, and
4. If a legal services grant is awarded to my Organization, the legal work provided will not be distributed to or used to benefit any organization or individual supporting or engaged in terrorism, or used for any other unlawful purpose.
