More than 95 percent of the municipal police officers in Delaware County and more than 75 percent of the police officers in Chester County are Delaware County Community College Municipal Police Academy graduates. On June 15th, 47 new officers joined their ranks, and Terry Wochok was pleased to attend their graduation and offer his personal congratulations to Quest for the Best scholarship winners Robert Radico and Chase Smith.
