To begin the grant application process, please fill out the following form.

Quest for the Best provides funds for project-based grants. A “project-based” grant request is an application for funding for a specific project, program or purchase. Examples of previously approved project-based grant requests include purchasing furniture for a Shelter’s family room, computers for a museum, funds to support an after-school program’s trip to tour multiple colleges and funds to support a specific program at a zoo. Please keep in mind that operational costs, such as rent, overhead, training and salaries, etc., do not fall into the category of a project-based grant request.

AGREEMENT:

1. The tax-exempt status of my Organization is still in effect, and
2. Quest for the Best® shall have sole discretion with respect to (a) whether to make the requested grant and/or to revise the terms of the grant request based on Quest for the Best’s internal review; ; (b) the scope of activities to be funded by the grant; and (c) the total amount and timing of grant payments; and
3. My Organization does not support or engage in any terrorist activity, and
4. If a grant is awarded to my Organization, the proceeds of that grant will not be distributed to or used to benefit any organization or individual supporting or engaged in terrorism, or used for any other unlawful purpose.

You agree to notify us if there is any change in your tax-exempt status.

You agree to allow Quest for the Best to use photographs, logos, published/printed information, and any other materials you supply, without further notice, in press releases and/or publications.
