We are excited to report that we have expanded our police academy scholarship program to the academy at Delaware County Community College. The inaugural awards were presented to Rachel Keenen and Matthew O’Donnell on June 14, 2018. Both are members of the first class of the academy who completed the new, more rigorous curriculum consisting of 166 hours of additional instruction. Delaware County District Attorney Katayoun M. Copeland gave an inspiring guest speech at the graduation ceremony.
