On December 12, 2019, Quest for the Best’s President Terry Wochok attended the graduation of 59 police cadets from Delaware County College’s Municipal Police Academy. He was there to present two scholarships which are funded by Quest for the Best. The recipients, Kerri Ann Christie and Michael Palmer were chosen by William Davis, director of the Municipal Police Academy. Christie and Palmer were chosen for the award because of their positive attitude, excellent grades and hard work. Congratulations to all the graduates!
