In November 2018, Quest for the Best also provided its first installment of a three-year pledge to The Elmwood Park Zoo (www.elmwoodparkzoo.org). The purpose of this funding is to support the April Education Takeover, during which time the Zoo will invite hundreds of third graders from the Norristown Area School District to attend a day of learning, fun and wild animal encounters free of charge. Education is the heart of the Elmwood Park Zoo, and it is hoped that this multiyear program will awaken a passion for the sciences in these children.
