In a Heartbeat Foundation, exists to raise awareness of sudden cardiac arrest and Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy and educate about the importance of CPR and Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs). In May 2023, Quest for the Best provided a grant to support their Cardiac Screening Program for youth. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 1 in 77 youth suffer from heart disease with approximately 7,000 youth affected by sudden cardiac arrest each year. A simple, quick, painless ECG test can diagnose possible conditions that cause sudden cardiac death. In a Heartbeat Foundation plans to conduct 3,000 youth screening procedures per year and we are proud to support this important program.
